Site measure

To establish parameters and begin designing to scale. 

 

Design meeting

To establish the clients needs and discuss store concept

 

Initial sketch

Designer takes information and produces initial drawings for review

Design Brief

Meeting to go over the initial sketches for the proposed fit out for client approval. Best time to have hydraulic consultant onsite for plumbing approvals.

 

Working drawings

Designers makes the changes required and draws the working drawings for approvals. Working drawings are sent to hydraulic consultant to draw plumbing plans.

Applications.

Designer will submit all relevant council applications including design assessment, footpath dining and plumbing approval.

Start Build

When approvals have been received the client can begin the works
